Grill is fully circumference welded to the tubular frame at all contact points to eliminate shifting, racking, and rattling, and prevent fluids from entering the frame.
Vertical spokes are made of .2375-in. (.603cm) diameter stainless steel.
Stainless steel vertical spokes and cross members are welded together at every intersection.
Crossmembers are made of .312-in. (.792cm) diameter stainless steel.
Hinges
Stainless steel .3125-in. diameter (.79cm) hinge pins remove easily for simple maintenance if necessary.
Durable heavy 12-gauge stainless steel barrel hinges are welded to the swinging gate jamb and frame for smooth operation.
Exclusive Double Swing Gravity Latch Lock
Low profile design with a heavy 12-gauge stainless steel connector secures the gate at two points on 28" centers making it the strongest gate latch available.
The latch connector disassembles easily for cleaning and adjustments, all hardware is stainless steel. (for doors to swing IN/OUT)
Frame
All corners have weld-nut welded to the inside of the tubing to allow you to disassemble and reassemble pens without loss of structural integrity.
Mitered corners and heli-arc welded joints on the gate jamb and frame seal out fluids and debris.
