If mishandled, soda lime can release harmful dust and gases that may irritate the lungs or cause breathing problems for staff and sensitive pets.
By removing this consumable, the ICU helps prevent exposure to these hazards, supports cleaner air, and creates a healthier recovery environment for pets and veterinary teams.
